Common sense isn't that common I guess. Some products make me cringe at the asshole behind their design. This is definitely one of those products. Although it is a useful product. Idiocy in design prevents this from being a good/great product: 1. Edges must be beveled! Yes! Instead, it is designed with a 90 degree edge. Sharp and may hurt if you hit it on the bed, or if you don't keep your wrist fully on the pad, it will be very uncomfortable.2. A recessed insert for a tablet or phone is in such an unfortunate place. A) Allow the bet to cover the entire width of the board, or B) Continue moving the bet to the right and across the mouse pad. So you can see your phone's screen when you're using your laptop. Instead, the design only allows you to put your phone/desk behind your laptop and obviously blocks your phone. So much for multitasking.
