Review on DADAWEN Leather Outdoor Sandals Toddler Boys' Shoes ~ Outdoor by Joseph Hall

Overall good sandals. See my notes:

I love these sandals. My son wore them all summer - they are comfortable, very flexible, protect the toes well, they don't smell like synthetic sandals. Things that need improvement: Velcro SHOULD BE STRONGER AND STITCH BETTER. The velcro started to loosen after a few days of wearing. I melted the excess threads with a lighter. That helped. However, after about a month, the soft part of the diaper velcro lost grip and my son's sandals kept coming off. The sandals themselves were still very good and my son enjoyed wearing them, so I took off the old Velcro padded part and sewed a new one (sewing skills required). I fixed it and he wore them for another 3 months until a leg grew out of them. Now my nephew has them and they can still be worn. DAS, I liked the sandals so much that I bought a new pair in a larger size for the coming summer (the quality of the velcro hasn't changed so I melted the edges before letting my son wear them , and we'll see how long the velcro lasts this time). One size larger, they are about 1/2 size smaller. Now my nephew has them and they can still be worn.
