Doesn't work as advertised

I bought this item because I have had great success with Polycom products in the past, now Poly. I was looking for a speakerphone that integrates with MS Teams, a Unified Communications (UC) device. At first, I wanted to use the button on the speakerphone to end calls, mute calls, and adjust the volume. The problem I've found with this device is that the speakerphone status doesn't sync with the status of my Teams call. When I join a meeting with the audio muted, the speakerphone doesn't show the status change and can cause confusion when I try to unmute my own audio. The hang up button doesn't work either. I bought the non-Teams model as the only advertised difference was the Teams button on the speakerphone that launched Teams. Without needing this feature, this speakerphone proved to be a good option. I'm disappointed with the performance and features. Volume control is difficult at lower levels. However, the sound quality is excellent. Ultimately I would not recommend this product and I will be returning it and replacing it with a Jabra device.

Pros
  • Audio Quality: Enjoy a rich, clear voice and the 360-degree microphone ensures others can hear you on the other end of the call.
Cons
  • waiting too long
