Came with factory error

The same day I received this laptop it started crashing and gave the error "Driver Power State Failure". After checking, I found that the problem was not with the drivers, but with faulty hardware. You would expect that when you pay that much for a laptop, they at least guarantee that there will be no problems with it. Called Acer and they got me to run all sorts of stupid tests on the laptop and when nothing worked they said I had to send it in for repair, they won't refund or replace it unless they can fix it. I don't know about others but this is crappy service. That's how I found out that Revain has their own tech support when buying a laptop. I called Revane and the guy who spoke to me immediately said no no you need to replace the laptop. He understood the seriousness of my problem and knew from the start that it couldn't be fixed and that I needed a replacement, not a repair. My successor is on the way. I will update this rating from 1 star when I receive a replacement if I don't find fault with it. Update 03/14/2019: I received the replacement a week ago and started using it immediately. In between, it began to overheat at irregular intervals. The temperature rises above 60 degrees Celsius for silly reasons like simply opening a browser or performing copy and paste on a flash drive, etc. The mouse started to cause problems and froze at random intervals. The battery doesn't last more than 5 hours if that long. On average it lasts 3-4 hours with moderate use. The worst problem is that it takes over 1 minute to fall asleep and turn off and if I leave it for more than 5 minutes the screen backlight dims and won't turn back on. This is the worst laptop I've ever bought. I have contacted Revain for a refund and will be sending it back asap! I understand the first one I had had a factory defect, but this one has even more problems than the previous one. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THE ACER SWIFT 3 LAPTOP AND I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST FAITH IN ACER!
