Excellent collaboration tool that helped my business grow and improve efficiency
The platform enables all our sales team to learn from each other in order for them collaborate more effectively with customers as well as their peers across the organization. We are able connect easily using both internal or external devices when working remotely. There has been some issues related to connectivity however this was resolved pretty quickly by support teams within Spreeded. It's helping us achieve better productivity which means we're getting closer to hitting targets set by senior management every quarter!
Pros
- I like that it allows me, my colleagues & partners alike easy access anytime anywhere at any time even if they have different platforms such iphones/ Androids etc.It also helps build confidence especially those who may be new into learning technologies (Salesforce).Also very user friendly interface making things easier than before !!!
