Review on 🐶 SMONTER Heavy Duty Dog Crate with Two Prevent Escape Lock, Strong Metal Pet Kennel Playpen for Large Dogs - Equipped with Wheels by Alisa Romero

I bought 4 sturdy Smonter cages for my German Shepherds. My male is fine in a cage while we are home but if left home alone and locked in a cage he will become anxious and start chewing and digging in the cage. Unfortunately, due to the steel bar's open design, he was able to bite down on the bar and break the canine to the root. This cage is not a good option for a restless dog. Otherwise they are amazing. Very durable, fairly easy to assemble and move, and comfortable for our dogs. We put in an orthopedic pet mattress (any 41" x 29" mattress is perfect for a 42" cage) and everyone sleeps or snoozes happily there whether locked or the door left open. The only problems I have. are the locking mechanism and the wheels. The locks work but are very clumsy and difficult to use and keep falling out. The wheel locks are very difficult to engage and dog hair gets caught in the rollers and is difficult to clean. When the dog hair get stuck there, the boxes don't roll easily.
