So, these are not a fashion statement type bootie. What they are is a comfortable, warm and practical house shoe. The fit is perfect, I listened to other reviewers and went up to 8-9 from normal size 7. They do run alittle small, especially if you want to wear socks with them. I was looking for something with a lot of padding in the footbed as my feet have lost all of their natural padding. These seem to deliver. Time will tell how long the padding holds up; I wear every day and almost all day on weekends, taking dogs outside in all weather, so the sole was very important. I anticipate these lasting 3-5 months, which is all I can expect at this price point and the amount of usage. So, if you're looking for something Cute, go with Mukluks; if you need the comfort factor, give these a shot.
