With a few tweaks it turned out to be a great little board.
The plastic iron mount on the back of the board didn't make sense to me. I'd like some sort of non-slip or rubber feet as I have to place the board on a folded towel to keep it in place. I will put rubber tips on the legs to solve the problem. Those items aside, this is a great board, more useful than a large board, especially in my sewing workshop.
