This corset is long as described. I'm 5ft 10" and my height fits my torso. I buy plus sizes based on torso length, not leg length. It suits me perfectly. The tummy is also very nice while sitting, unlike shapewear which stretches. Speaking of sitting, it is almost impossible to dislocate yourself when carrying it - whether sitting or standing. The corset helps me to sit/stand straight and tall. On the other hand, it is quite difficult to bend over. I have to get used to that. I had a hard time putting this thing on the first few times. If I tighten it properly then try to fasten it in front of the hooks, I can't. I have to loosen my back, then hook everything in the front, then pull the back laces to tighten. The same applies to removal. Untie the cords and then the hooks will release. It will be easier if someone helps me. It doesn't show through my loose clothing, but of course if I were wearing something tight, it would be. Another plus is that my friend loves it very much. As such, it doubles as a body shaper and a sexy addition to the bedroom.
