Normal quality, you can use it.
Since I didn't adjust the regulator, I didn't experience any sway. When opened, the back is angled sharply, but once flat, it returns to its natural position. There isn't a lot of variation in height (though even the shortest one is fine for me). The directions are clear and straightforward, with the exception of the armrest mechanisms. Since this is not my first chair, I find that it is not worth the price.

- The ergonomics are poor. The term "game" barely seems appropriate. The seat and back are completely unbolstered; the only padding is at the lumbar and neck levels. The armrests and cushions are made of thin, low-quality material. Rubber bands are very slender. The lifespan of foam rubber is extremely low.
