Love this bowl! I have a round 11 inch. We eat healthier and save money. Above all, it's beautiful! Second, we all eat more fruit and veg because I keep them with washed fruit or veg in the fridge where they are available and often put them on the counter. during the day so we can pick up and go. Third, it keeps food cold longer, as if you had a mini-fridge on the countertop. Great when we eat outside in the summer. Fourth, it's wide and low so it easily fits on the shelf of our fridge. Fifth, it saves a lot of money! In the refrigerator, where they stood until they were dug up and washed, so many fruits spoiled that we regularly lost a third. Washed fruit goes bad quicker, but I've found that if I wash it, dry it thoroughly and put it in a bowl either outside or in front of the fridge, and by the time the fruit goes bad, most of it is gone! Grab an apple, some grapes, or a lime for drinks and go. In fact, grapes, pears, tangerines, etc. will last maybe five times longer in it in the fridge. And did I say it's a work of art?
