I read a lot of reviews about people saying they are tall so I didn't go for the regular fit but took the advice of many reviewers and ordered these slim for him. People said they were taller and shorter and that the normal size was too big in the armpit area and that there was too much room in the shirt. My husband is not tall, he is about 5'6" and has a 34" waist. Based on reviews where people were taller than him (height, weight, etc.), based on their feedback I thought a fitted cut would be ideal, especially as he often wears a fitted cut in other shirts and pants. Well the fitted cut is small and although it fits it doesn't shrink. I did what I always do with his work clothes: polo shirts, sweaters, etc. I wash them in cold water on the gentle cycle and let them air dry. They're still sitting in cold water and hanging to dry! Now he doesn't wear them anymore because they are too small. Although the price was very good for them it doesn't do any good and was a waste of money. If you order these I would definitely consider ordering a regular fit if you wear a regular sometimes and not a slim or if you always wear a regular fit. Very disappointed
