Worked well all summer on a hike
Bought to pump water from a barrel to our camper trailer. We don't usually stay more than a few nights, but we like to shower and use the water. I lengthened the cables and switched to a cigarette lighter socket so I could place the pump on top of a water barrel and hook it up to my transfer truck. Works well. I haven't had any problems, but I've always followed the instructions which say to pour water into the pump and not run it dry.
