Pros: This company is amazing. I bought one of these and there was something wrong with the charging port so I only used it until I had enough for the initial charge. Connecting to Bluetooth was easy. The sound quality is good, the volume is really good for the size. When I became aware of the power situation, I contacted the company, who responded very quickly and sent another device without asking. The second device works perfectly! The Bad: While this is a minor thing for most people, I find it very annoying that the FM radio doesn't pick up any stations. I even connected a longer cable. I doubt many people will even use this feature, but I bought it specifically for this option. Also, it would be really nice if it came with its own USB charger, but most people (including me) already have half a dozen.
