I used this to change a rear tire on a KLR 650. The wheel was held securely enough just threading it onto the center bolt that I didn't need to screw the retaining nut down. The only thing is that I wish there was more padding for the spokes. Others have this feature but I also understand they cost more. The bead breaker worked well and seems sturdy.
