Good Customer Service, but slow, issues with first one

I bought this last fall, and it they had to send me a replacement about 2 months later, after the first one kept tripping (see other reviews). Received and tested replacement and it worked fine. Put it away until the warm weather this weekend. Had this thing going for 2 days to drain the water off the top of my pool and it just a trickle. Just slow. Almost tempted to use my wet dry vac to get some water out of the top. this shouldn't be this difficult. If I had to do again, i would have spent…

Life saver.: my feedback

We have a spring and our water tank froze on the bottom. we couldn’t get the water out of the faucet. We used this to pump water from the top of the tank. Saved us this winter!

Waterpark Water Saver!

I scooped up a waterpark early into quarantine when I realized that summer camp was likely to be a no go. Unfortunately, they apparently use a TON of water, so I wanted to find a way to conserve. This pump is the perfect solution! Just use a laundry lingerie bag to anchor the pump out of the way and keep leaves out of the pump. Used 2 times and now it’s broken 😔

Only used this pump twice this season. On the 3rd use, it no longer works. It trips the breaker in every outlet now. Poor customer support for users experiencing issues!

Slow suction but got the job done.

Was trying to drain a ditch and was able to do so with ease. Product took about 4 hours to move 5 gallons of water. May not be able to handle highly acidic or alkaline water!

One use only: my feedback

I used this pump once and it worked fine attempted a second use and no suction the motor just hummed.Edit. I heard from the manufacturer shortly after I posted my review, which I appreciate them standing behind their product. I did some simple checkson the pump per their request to no avail the pump didn’t pump just hum. I informed them of this and they sent me another pump. Perfect for Draining Hot Tub

This little pump works awesome! Used one of several attachments that it came with to hook up to my 5/8 garden hose. It drained our 230 gallon hot tub in about 45 minutes with very little standing water left. I would highly recommend!

This little sub-pump works great. And the price is awesome. Drained my 4400 gallon pool in a few hrs. pushing the water through a garden hose to an area of our yard we didn't mind if the chlorine killed the grass. Highly recommend this little pump.

Worked great - ONE time

I used this to drain my 250 gallon hot tub. One time. The next time I tried to use it - 6 months later - it shorted. I can tell the motor works because it will turn on for about a 15-30 seconds then it flips the circuit breaker.Clearly there is a broken or loose wire. So it seems the durability/ quality is subpar if it doesn't last for a second use.My hot tub manufacturer recommends draining the tub twice a year. So now of course it's outside the return window because I only need a pump every 6

Does the job good for me

Flow rate is excellent. Easy to get in and out of rain barrel. Has fitting for standard garden hose and one other The casing may not be able to handle heavy items accidentally dropped into the water.

Read the fine print.

This item was purchased after responding to the search "Automatic sump pump." All the alternative products listed had a float valve of some kind. This pump doesn't even have an on/off switch. I can't imagine the use for a product of this type. If you offer a product that doesn't match the requirements, please stifle yourself. This product, for my use, is useless.

Only one questionable item or part

I use this to flush my on demand boiler (Navien). It works very well. I only have one issue. I’m not sure if the manufacturer can tell me if this is normal. But, I have to completely submerge it because the little round black tab at the top sprays water out. So I completely submerge that part so it doesn’t spray all over. At first I submerged 3/4 or the pump and I was soaked quickly by that leaking tab. Other than that it has good power and works fine for what I’m using it for. To flush my…

It has very long cord and great pressure.

This unit was perfect for my application. I needed to winterize our RV . It allowed me to connect directly to our supply hose and fill the system.
