I used this pump once and it worked fine attempted a second use and no suction the motor just hummed.Edit. I heard from the manufacturer shortly after I posted my review, which I appreciate them standing behind their product. I did some simple checkson the pump per their request to no avail the pump didn’t pump just hum. I informed them of this and they sent me another pump. By looking at the packing it might be a rebuild but honestly not sure. I don’t need to service my water heater until spring so when I do I’ll update my review.
