You get what you pay for

I've included a photo of the resulting skirt to show that there are loose threads around the edge. I would find it if it was random but it was all over the bed skirt. I had to iron because this material is very wrinkled. Yes, I'm sure it was the outside you're looking at, not the inside seam. The bed skirt also seems to be quite long/big. It depends on your needs/pen size. We tucked the excess in the middle. It serves to hide the box spring, metal frame and bed legs, but I'm not urging anyone to buy one, nor will I buy another in a different color.
