I was dissatisfied with Vodisa's high standards because I am an expert user in the cosmetics business. Finding what I was looking for was a challenge due to the sparse luxury product offerings and inadequate product descriptions. The website's sluggishness was also annoying and time-consuming. When I contacted customer support, I got unhelpful answers from people who clearly didn't know what they were talking about. If you're an experienced shopper who places a premium on convenience, I wouldn't suggest using Vodisa.
