Review on MEN's MIER Shirts Sleeve: Lightweight Protection for Fashionable Men by Christopher Cortez

This is a stunning shirt that is as attractive as it is comfortable to wear. The beautiful combination of 80% nylon and 20% spandex is very stretchy and offers unrestricted freedom of movement. This is a 4 way stretch, I measured a stretch percentage of 250% for the width and 175% for the height. The fabric is incredible, medium weight, feels fluid, pliable and conformable. Nylon is stronger and stretches better than polyester. It has a wonderful skin feel, soft as a marshmallow with a silky texture and a cool touch. Nylon/Spandex is my favorite material for athletic wear. The fabric is matt with a slight sheen, drapes and falls beautifully. Metal bolt. The same fabric as the main shirt is used for the double-thick cuffs and the collar is made of finely ribbed jersey. By Size: I ordered a large size based on the body measurements in the chart in the photo in the ad. The actual size of the shirt for a large size in my photo. Bust 45, Shoulders 19.5 inches, Length 29 inches. The shirt is a bit too big for me, but still comfortable. For reference, I'm 40/36/39, 6 feet tall and 187 pounds. The shirt does not taper towards the body and is mostly straight from the chest to the waist. The hemline is high/low, the back is 1" lower than the front, and there are 2 side vents 1" deep at the front-to-back transition. The sleeve length is 21-1/2" from underarm to cuff and fits my long arm perfectly. The cuff slips easily over my wrists and stays in place. I would say the shirt is a little oversized in size and the average size would probably fit me better. At a 45" chest, I have 5" of sagging fabric that fits my 39" chest. Based on the same percentage adjustment manufacturers made for the plus size, I estimate the average bust is 42". It would be perfect for me. If you are closer to the bottom of the size chart, consider sizing down as the fabric stretches to fit. Construction: The seams and sewing are excellent.Seaming is well finished with wool nylon thread (fuzzy stretch yarn) and stretches about the same as the fabric.The hem is sewn nicely and stretches.In conclusion I love this shirt, the fabric is super stretchy and feels good on the skin, the zipper and the collar are stylish. All this adds up to a stunning, stylish shirt that can be worn comfortably from casual meetings to the golf course.
