I love these boots. I wear a wide women's size 9. As these boots are notoriously small I ordered a size 10 but they were still small. So I ordered 11. BINGO! They fit and match my orthotics perfectly. I have a lot of problems with my legs, but I really want to go ballroom dancing with my husband. There's no way I can dance in heels, so ballet flats or a small heel like on this boot are fine for me. In addition to the flats, I have to show the orthotics needed for arch and ankle pronation. I put on these boots and waltzed with my husband for an hour. No pain! The skin is very soft. The soles are leather, buy exactly what you need on the dance floor. The lace eyelets could have been done a lot better on the inside as they get caught on the laces, but despite all these boots, the eyelets don't bother me. Thank you!
