Exactly what we needed

I was looking for something comfortable, waterproof, durable yet soft enough for my two year old daughter to walk freely. I originally wanted pink or purple, but light blue was $12 and change. You couldn't ask for a better offer. Her older brother has the same pair but swapped the light blue and dark blue to match. She likes the loops on top because she can make them herself like a big girl.
