Review on 🏍️ VTX13C017 Rivco Products Handlebar Risers by Matthew Bell

I believe they were made specifically for the VTX 1300C. Many people noticed the tilt of the steering wheel. This design is great for a bar hopper boulevard bike and city riding. But if you do spend some time doing a few road runs or a little ride out of town with friends, you may need to step back a little to take the pressure off your shoulders and lower back. Yes, the cables attached to your bars with plastic strips need to come out for this to work. But it doesn't seem to add any tension to the cables or latches. I've noticed that if you turn the wheel all the way they go back and touch the face of the speedometer, but not enough to damage anything or hit the tank. You can install them if you have a big wrench and some strength. Otherwise, if you're uncomfortable or don't have a tool, your local bike shop will have no problem putting it on.
