Review on VIKITA Cotton Girls' Rainbow Stripe Leggings by Sean Pierre

I bought a size 5-6 for my 6 year old daughter to wear with the Fancy Nancy costume. The waistband is a bit loose which is ok (it held up my kid's waist) but the leg and hip areas are baggy! As they are not tight I wouldn't consider them leggings. Scaling down will only tighten the waistband, but it probably won't make much of a difference in the leg size.
