Holds securely and feels solid, but after a few weeks the metal fitting on the mount starts to rust. I'm more concerned about using them with power cords, but the wheel that tightens on the camera is large and won't let the power cord into the port. Both the bracket and the power cable are from Wasserstein! The original protective external mount that came with the Arlo Pro 2 I bought doesn't have this problem as it uses a small grip to attach to the camera. I'll try to cut the wheel off and see if it holds up, but I may have to trade in all of these things I bought for original Arlo cameras like my outdoor cameras (which are designed to deter easy theft or burglary ). ) it is very difficult to get a replacement of the batteries every few months.
