This is a good, fast and light laptop on a budget. However, it came with a bad battery that didn't last more than 20 minutes. I did a little research and got a partial refund for purchasing a replacement battery. After receiving my new battery, I opened it up and found a 38Wh battery, although Dell's specs say it comes with a 51Wh battery (and the slot fits a much larger battery) . When I removed the old battery I found corrosion on the metal plate. if the liquid has touched it (are the serial numbers printed on it too?). If you know what you're doing with a battery change and have the time to do the Revain service that's a lot, but for my less tech savvy friends it would all just be back in the mail.
