Review on 🪑 Winsome Wood Benjamin Seating, Natural: Stylish and Functional Home Furniture by Marisol Brown

After reading the Revain reviews I ordered 4 of these chairs. We tried to assemble it ourselves, but at the last moment we realized that one of the main parts was broken. As shown in the third photo above, one of the chairs was missing the threaded metal inserts that would hold the screws. I used Revain to contact the manufacturer on December 25th and now on January 10th I am still waiting for the defective part to arrive (having had to send them all sorts of paperwork, most of which they only got through could get a look at the Revain order ). The replacement part appears to have been transported overland from Seattle to New Jersey. Meanwhile, a partially assembled broken chair is littering our apartment. The error should have been detected during a routine inspection by the manufacturer. Also, although these chairs are sturdy and simple, they are available at a lower price. Compare the new chair (left) to the good old chair I already have. The seat on the new chair is much smaller and also too high. Too high a deal is a real pain as it disrupts blood flow in the back of the legs. This is due to the plastic feet on the chair's legs, which are also slippery and can slide unsteadily across the floor and worse, leave marks on the floor. I suspect a replacement will eventually arrive and I will be using these chairs for a long time, but I am afraid I cannot recommend this product or this company due to their reluctant, demanding customer service.
