This product is great for general use. We had a set and the light in one of the collars didn't work for over a week. The seller replaced the product with a new set, and as a result, one of the collars did not connect to the remote control. We had an extra from a previous set that worked so we used that instead and all was fine. Until it got warmer and my Labradors, who love to swim, jumped into the pond. They say they are waterproof, but they are not waterproof when submerged in water. Both collars have stopped working and even the rice bag trick still doesn't work properly. But they still beep and that's all my dogs need for the most part so we can still use them. I just wish they were better in water but if you don't use water they are great.
