The outer diameter of all three cables exceeds the tolerance limits (does not meet Samsung specifications). We need extra effort to connect to Note9. It took very little effort to connect them compared to the two charging cables that came with two Note9s. We cleaned the outer contacts of the cables - the result is minimal. We fear that over time the phone connections will wear out and we will no longer be able to charge the phones. We love the Anker brand and have been buying from them all along.
