I believe that credit should be given where it is needed. The system works well, night vision is excellent. The day view couldn't be better (except that the cameras stop for about 30-60 seconds every time and for a while, causing everything that happens to stop and move.) (NOW) the part that got me into this brings to underestimate this system. I had a problem and sent an email to cromorc. told them about it, i got the reply that they wanted to take a picture of it, there were streaks on the screen, it was in the night view. I sent another email telling them what he was doing. got another answer with a web question. I told them I felt like I was getting an apology. heard nothing more from them. A friend told me what to do, he knows all about these kind of systems. There is no customer service in this system. Another thing is that the big nut on the mounting plate cannot be tightened. that is, with everyone I now have 8 cameras and all together.
