We bought this product mainly because there weren't too many options for a very tall gate that would fit our entryway and when we received it we were shocked at how cheap and weak it was but due to our limited capacity. Options we decided to keep it and be extra careful. After only 1 WEEK of use the lock on the gate which is the only important security measure on the gate stopped working and we caught our 2 year old opening it and nearly fell down the stairs! To our surprise, the customer service rep casually told us "just send it back to Revain" without even apologizing for the defective product! So let's summarize. Extremely weak, terribly unsafe product and terrible customer service.
