I love this bag. This has been my everyday bag for the last year. Only once did the pen fall off, but I found it and put it back. As much as I've abused this bag, that's saying something. I have received many compliments on this bag. It is very durable and the price says a lot. It's the perfect size for me as I have a huge makeup bag and it fits easily and I always stuff things where there is a lot of space. I need a backpack because I need free hands to carry my daughter. It's stylish and practical, two things I value. There really aren't any cons with this purchase, for me it was a great purchase.
