The best skirt I've ever bought!
The fabric is comfortable and heavy, excellent quality. The top of the skirt (the flat piece that lies between the box spring and the mattress) is made of the same material as the skirt. When was the last time you saw this? It's not the "cheap" stuff you see in a lot of outlets with a mesh upper that stings when you put it in the dryer. This is a great bed skirt at an unbeatable price.
