I use this product every weekday at work and express milk twice a day. I wanted something reusable that could be easily and safely sterilized and quickly reused. That was it! It replaced the paper towels I used to keep on my desk to keep my pump head clean etc. I didn't think I needed internal compartments until it came. Has an outside pocket where I keep markers for writing labels and milk cartons and nipple cream. The interior is big enough to hold the flange and nozzles, plus a small pump I think (I use a Spectre). There is also an elastic band on the outside which I think would be more useful for me on the inside to hold the flange etc in place to avoid accidents if things fall out when opening. Easy to wash but for everyday use I spray Medela Quick Clean and move on. (I also put a paper towel in there to wet the flange)
