The Perfect Party Napkins
These napkins are perfect for a Tiffany themed party. I gave them 3 stars just for strength and durability just because they are paper. paper is paper But they worked great and made cleaning easy. They are the perfect size and a great price. The color was bold and beautiful, but not neon-like.
