I like that they are very committed to their customers. They listen closely, have great communication skills, respond quickly, and work well with customers who need support after using their products or services. The interface of the system can be improved. For example, it would be nice if there were more ways to access information about our accounts. Also, sometimes it is difficult to find specific account contacts when searching through reports. I've been working with them for several years now. We use them for many different types of marketing campaigns, including email blasts and newsletters, social media management, website content creation, and search engine optimization.
