Bad Video - Security and Surveillance

The seller seems to be trying hard to make a good product. I like the detachable in-ear headphones, the Bluetooth audio capabilities, and the various lens kits. The glasses are uncomfortable. The controls feel flimsy but are usable. However, I have to return this product as the video files created are completely unusable. The device creates .avi files. Who else uses this format? Quicktime on MacOS does not play files. The files have a maximum length of 2-3 minutes, so if you record longer you will need to assemble the files in an editing program. I can handle it, but the audio often contains extremely loud bursts of pure noise, and the video is full of stuttering and freezing. To be honest I'm a bit suspicious of other reviews saying the files are fine. I don't expect these sunglasses to deliver video on par with a much more expensive product, but these files are of lower quality than what I got from miniDV cameras 15 years ago. nope!
