I've had this for a few months now and I LOVE it. I was hesitant to pay that much for a computer bag, but this bag is very durable and strong. It's very well done. I tend to leave my bag at the office and in the car. He has held up well. The shoulder strap is wide and comfortable. I like that it's adjustable and stays where I set it. I don't use the outside pockets much as I carry my purse with me but they are in excellent condition. The zippers are all of good quality. They all close smoothly. My 17 inch laptop is perfect for it and there are plenty of pillows to protect it. I find it to be a very well made product and looks very professional when I'm away from home.
