The monitor died right after the return window. One evening the monitor suddenly showed a black screen on the display. Even after multiple reboots and pressing the physical buttons on the monitor, nothing appeared on the screen. I called Dell tech support and they asked me to unplug a standard plug, reconnect the cables and hold the buttons to no avail. Now they are sending me a replacement which I appreciate. However, this is a great inconvenience for me because I have to wait several business days and need it for work. Edit: After almost two weeks and numerous calls and emails, Dell still hasn't shipped a replacement. A nightmare.
