I would like to give this "massage oil" five stars. I really would. It comes in an easy-to-use, non-clog dispenser bottle and has a decent amount. It feels incredible, soft and soothing, non-irritating and insanely silky. It does not rub off and continues to rub off even after applying a very small amount. But after doing more research on the ingredients (I wanted to make this my permanent and long-term choice), I will only use it sparingly and as an external product, not an internal one. This product doesn't contain any big, harmful, scary ingredients, it's just three substances: cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone, and dimethiconol. They are all a type of silicone and must be rinsed off after use to rid the body of them. There are numerous studies claiming that these ingredients can be harmful to fish and other parts of the environment and that cyclopentasiloxane causes tumors in female rats (google for help). While this is all debatable, at the end of the day my body doesn't seem to handle silicone lubes very well and I prefer not to put silicone on my body if I can help. If it was water based I would order it regularly but for me it has to be a one time thing.
