Good idea but thought the middle point would be a place to stand between all the buttons. However, the middle dot is also a button. So there's no place to stand between the turns, so this will flag you as wrong if you try to stand anywhere between the turns. This makes it difficult for my little 5 year old to stand behind the mat and reach all the way forward to play. However, it seems to be of good quality, so I'm not worried about them tearing or ripping the mat while playing. After a lot of trial and error my 5 year old loves it and gets on with it pretty well!
