It is good. I usually hate wearing socks to bed, but this one has fewer toes so it's not hot in it. It has a silicone coating strategically placed on the heel. I have quite big and wide feet and the first night I had a small cut on my feet but the second night everything was fine. It stretched out. But on the third day, right after I woke up, my baby insisted that we play with her little animal figures on the floor, and then I felt something strange. It comes from socks! Lol it smelled like sweat and wet dog. I can not explain. But not a big deal since it came in a 3 pack, I just use a fresh sock every night and only wash my hands with antibacterial soap.
