The aluminum construction of this product is very strong and fits GoPro mounts perfectly. However, the fasteners do not tighten as tightly as a plastic fastener, or in other words, they must be tightened more to fasten securely. The ball joint is not particularly tight. The included wrench can do this just fine, but I swapped out the included screws for GoPro Phillips screws and used a 90-degree screwdriver to tighten the leverage. I would recommend this method for any use case where you need a stronger construction. I would not recommend this product for high vibration or high impact applications. It probably won't break, but the ball joint will lose its position very easily.
