1st. When it arrived, there is no plastic wrap around the item. 2nd, When I opened the Beauty Oil lip, there dried oil stuck around the top. I was thinking to myself, should I use it or not since I don't feel like it's new & fresh anymore. 3rd, I decided to try anyway, I shake the bottle before use, there almost no 24K Gold in there. I only use it twice.I gave the product 2 stars because 1st, it arrives on time ( additional, I hate when product arrives late cuz it tells me the shipper doesn't care about me, the customer enough to make it arrive like the date I have been noticed.) 2nd, it does make your face look a bit shinier but felt very oily & sticky.
