This VCR was ordered for my husband as a Christmas present. When he pocketed it for use and found it defective (late January) Revain would no longer credit it and offered to get in touch with the supplier. We have had no response from the supplier (and we have given them extra time due to Covid-19). The camera plugged in, it turned on, you could see the monitor but couldn't record, and then you got into a jumble of lines on the screen. We tried charging it after a few days and it even turned on. I tried again and same as the first time. **Update - the seller has replied and exchanged the camcorder. We now have a working model that seems to be pretty good, I've upgraded it to 4 stars.
