First the belt will slip on the waist, it's ok if you don't want it to be tight. Second, when you try to tighten it, the strap flexes and doesn't slip into the ratchet. I thought ok shorten the strap, no it didn't help (I know they don't offer shortening), yes I sealed the end as well as they did and yes I know it's mine now. I can find a good hard strap to replace this bad strap and use a ratchet. Even if unleashing this thing REALLY PLOWS. There's a reason it's only $12.99, very CHEAP.
