First thing I checked mine for the problems mentioned in other reviews. Maybe they improved the product based on other reviews, or maybe I just got lucky, but either way I have no issues with this jug. Without smell. The sticker came off perfectly with no residue. (I always start in a corner and carefully lift it from corner to corner.) I filled it with water to see how it flows. You unscrew the cap where the handle side of the leverless inner tube faces the spout and pour easily. It can get a bit oversized due to the design, but it's easy to figure out how to pour if you just test it over a sink of plain water first. Happy with everything, opened the top over the actual handle as instructed. Removed tube and added 9 ounces of raspberries. Filled the picture a little more than 2 liters. I screwed the lid back on and put it in the fridge. SUPER EASY. NO QUESTIONS.
