It takes some time to get used to

I have worn the Dentek night guard for many years which needs to be boiled and fits my upper teeth. I change them every six months. I had a relatively new one, but my lower left tooth was starting to hurt badly. I started paying more attention to when the pain appeared. It seemed to start while I was sleeping and when I woke up I had a headache and severe lower left pain. I have never experienced anything like this since wearing a night watch many years ago and my current night watch was still in good condition. I went to the dentist, they took x-rays and found nothing. I decided to try a new night watchman in general. Little did I know this wasn't a solid game. It literally moves or can move. The instructions say to try first before powdering, which I did. This thing literally fell out when I even opened my mouth, so I couldn't even understand how it worked without choking on it at night. I adjusted it to the smallest size, put it in my mouth about an hour before bed just to get used to it. Fast forward two weeks and I'm used to it. It doesn't fall out. I can talk to him, drink or take pills if I need to. It's best to just rinse off with water. You don't have to comb and brush it like a normal night watchman. So far I haven't had a toothache or headache in the mornings, so I hope I've solved the problem.
