Hello! I'm a natural brunette with wavy hair, which is normal, but I have a lot of hair and it's a little shorter than the middle of my back. I used it because I have psoriasis on the back of my head. I also noticed my hair was getting very flat on top and losing some of the curl. So I bought this! I don't regret it one bit. You need to rinse your hair first and then apply about half your palm (thick hair to get through) and brush your scalp. I divided my hair into sections for easier product distribution. I brushed with light to moderate pressure and did this for about a minute, then tilted my head down and did this for another 30 seconds. I rinsed for about a minute and then washed with shampoo and conditioner as usual. I didn't have dry hair or blemishes that would be obvious on my brown hair. The hair is light and airy! Looks even more alive! Definitely worth buying!
