At first I was pleasantly surprised by this chair. We bought a distance learning zone for my daughters, it is durable and easy to assemble. It fits my 6 year old daughter perfectly and will serve her for years. However! On my first day of school, I crawled under a chair to pull her closer and cut off three fingers! The black edges under the chair are very sharp! Several deep paper cuts that look like cuts. I'm so glad it was me and not her! Since we don't have many options at the moment, I leave the chair where it is, but cover any sharp edges with white tape. Pretty scary that they would make a chair for kids with those edges. Parents, watch out!
